Hi my name Zac and today I made some scrolls for the lockdown , this is how I made them:
First I made the dough by mixing yeast, flour, suger, milk powder, salt, oil and water in a bread mixer, then turned it on. After an hour and a half it was done but it was a bit big, after geting all of the dough out I made it into long rectangle shapes. I coved it in tomato paste and put salami olives and cheese on it making it kind of like a pizza. Next I rolled it up into a long sausage looking thing. Then I cut it up into small wheels and placed them on a tray and put the in an oven for 15 mins after a quick table tennis break they where done, ready to be enjoyed.
Hi Zac, the scrolls sound so delicious and they look amazing... I bet they tasted delicious. Happy cooking during lockdown! I wonder what you will cook next?

Kia ora Zac. Wow those scrolls look delicious! If only we had a smell function, I imagine they would small amazing! Did you make them all the same pizza flavour or did you do some different ones?
